πŸ“ Where do you deliver? Delivery Area

We can only deliver bikes to UK addresses.

🚚 When will my order be dispatched? Dispatch

Orders placed by 2 pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same day.

⏱️ How long does delivery take? Timescales

Bikes & Next-Day Courier Items: Usually 1–2 working days, although this can occasionally take longer. Many arrive next working day.

Spares via Royal Mail Standard: Typically 3–5 working days. Faster delivery options are available at checkout.

We cannot accept liability for any consequential losses caused by delivery delays.

⚠️ Exceptions to Next-Day Delivery Exceptions

The following regions are excluded from next-day delivery:

  • Scotland Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Scilly
πŸ“¦ Can I return unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods? Returns

You can return unwanted or incorrectly ordered items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in perfect, saleable condition.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

If you would like us to arrange a collection, our standard charge is £20.

After 30 days, items believed to be faulty must be returned for inspection with proof of purchase. If a genuine manufacturing fault is found, we will repair, replace or sometimes refund the item. Standard postage costs will usually be refunded (priority delivery excluded).

If an item is returned to us because the customer was unavailable for delivery, courier charges will be deducted from any refund.

πŸ”§ What happens if my bike or parts are faulty? Faulty Items

If a part develops a fault during the guarantee period and it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

Customers have 30 days to return damaged or faulty goods.

Labour or fitting costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item is not considered a warranty fault, we will notify you and postage costs will be payable.

Warranty items are dispatched within two working days via tracked service and will require a signature.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

πŸ“¬ What should I do when my bike is delivered? On Arrival

Please inspect your delivery before signing.

If the box looks damaged or you believe the goods may be damaged, do not sign and refuse delivery. Contact us within 3 working days.

If you sign for the goods and later discover damage, it may be harder to resolve.

Keep all original packaging until you are certain you are keeping the bike. Couriers will not accept returns without the original box.

Replacement goods will only be sent when the fault is deemed to have occurred within a reasonable time period.

πŸ’· Who pays postage costs on returns? Postage

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty or incorrect and you notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We only offer a courier collection service for warranty claims within 28 days of delivery.

Bikes must be returned in their original box.

🧩 What if a part is missing or damaged? Parts

You usually do not need to return the whole bike. Contact us and we will send any missing or damaged part free of charge, normally dispatched next working day.

πŸ› οΈ Do bikes arrive fully assembled? Assembly

Bikes are supplied boxed in the manufacturer’s original carton and require some assembly.

We recommend assembly by a trained cycle mechanic, which may incur a cost.
