You can return unwanted or incorrectly ordered items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in perfect, saleable condition.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
If you would like us to arrange a collection, our standard charge is £20.
After 30 days, items believed to be faulty must be returned for inspection with proof of purchase. If a genuine manufacturing fault is found, we will repair, replace or sometimes refund the item. Standard postage costs will usually be refunded (priority delivery excluded).
If an item is returned to us because the customer was unavailable for delivery, courier charges will be deducted from any refund.
