Can I return unwanted goods?

Yes, unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned within 14 days, in perfect saleable condition.

  • Faults after 30 days Return with proof of purchase. Genuine faults are repaired, replaced or refunded.
  • Missed delivery Courier charges are deducted from your refund.

Inspect the parcel before signing and keep the original packaging until you are happy.

When your bike arrives

Three important checks before you start riding.

Inspect before signing

If the box looks damaged or you believe the bike may be damaged, refuse delivery and contact Cycle King within 3 working days.

Keep the packaging

Keep the original carton until you know you are keeping the bike. Couriers cannot accept a return without it; replacement boxes cost £20.

Assembly is required

Bikes arrive boxed in the manufacturer’s carton and require some assembly. Cycle King recommends using a trained cycle mechanic.

What to do if something is not right.

Changed your mind?

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned within 14 days in perfect, saleable condition. Return postage is your responsibility; arranged collection is normally £20.

Faulty goods

Damaged or faulty goods should be reported promptly. Warranty replacement parts are sent free when covered; labour and fitting costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Part missing or damaged?

You normally do not need to return the whole bike. Contact Cycle King and the missing or damaged part can usually be dispatched the next working day.

Choose Click & Collect at checkout for free collection from a Cycle King store. Selected items can be ready within an hour, combining online convenience with in-store expertise.
