Price Promise & Discounts

Cycle King Price Promise

If you're thinking of buying a bike from us and have found it cheaper elsewhere, let us know — we'd love the opportunity to match or better any competitor’s price. While monitoring every retailer 24 hours a day isn’t always possible, we always welcome customers contacting us with what they’ve found.

We are always happy to price match, but some criteria apply:

Price Match Criteria
  • We will match any UK competitor who has the exact bike in stock.
  • You must provide your details and the website URL where the item is listed.
  • Price matching is only available at the time of purchase, not afterwards.
The Fine Print
  • A competitor must be a UK retailer stocking the same bike. International retailers are excluded.
  • We cannot price-match sale items from other retailers. The price promise applies only to full retail prices.
  • We do not offer price matches on servicing — our workshop services are already competitively priced.
  • Discounted servicing applies only to customers who purchased their bike from us. Proof of purchase is required.
  • We cannot match bundles or package deals offered by competitors.

In-Store Discount Schemes

NHS, Emergency Services, Armed Forces & Veterans

As a thank you to those who serve the NHS, emergency services, armed forces and veteran communities, we offer a 10% in-store discount on all full price bikes, parts and accessories for the whole family.

To receive the discount, visit any Cycle King store with your valid staff photo ID or use the code "BLUE10" at checkout. We will request a copy of your ID upon receipt of your online order.

Note: As a discount retailer, we cannot apply further discounts to already-discounted items.

NB: "Whole Family" refers to residing at the same address.

Student Discount

Students can receive a 10% personal discount on all bike parts and accessories.

To redeem, visit any Cycle King store and present a valid student ID card. Available Monday to Friday.

Keep an eye out for our student special offers on bikes.

Note: As a discount retailer, we cannot apply further discounts to already-discounted items.

Existing Customers – Bike Purchase Benefit

Customers who purchased their new bike from Cycle King receive an exclusive 10% discount on all parts, accessories and repair labour for the entire lifetime they own the cycle.

To redeem this benefit, simply show proof of purchase in-store. This can include a till receipt, an email invoice, or an order confirmation.

First & Second Year Service Discount – New Bike Purchases

All customers who purchase a new bike from Cycle King receive exclusive servicing discounts during their first two years of ownership.

  • 25% off your first-year service
  • 35% off your second-year service

These servicing discounts are available only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Full details of this servicing benefit can be found in the receipt leaflet given at the point of purchase.

Courier & Delivery Rider Discount

We understand how essential a fully functioning bike is for riders working in delivery and courier roles. To support you, we offer a 10% discount on all bike parts and accessories.

Simply visit any Cycle King store and present a valid ID. This discount is available seven days a week.
