Yes — we service most e-bikes. Please bring the bike and battery so the workshop can assess it.

Order online and select your local store. Your bike will be fully assembled, safety-checked and ready to ride on collection.

Yes — we deliver bikes to UK mainland addresses only.

No — home-delivered bikes arrive boxed in the manufacturer’s carton and require some assembly.

We recommend assembly by a trained cycle mechanic.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Cycle to Work vouchers, Klarna, V12 (where available) and gift vouchers.

Yes — unused items can be returned with proof of purchase. Bikes must be returned before leaving the store.
