Delivery and Handling

We can only deliver bikes to UK addresses. Orders received by 1pm Monday - Friday will normally be dispatched that day. Delivery time for bikes and any other items where your select next day courier, is normally 1-2 working days, but can be longer. However, many do arrive the next working day. Spares items via standard Royal Mail are normally delivered within 3-5 working days, but you can select a quicker delivery option if required when at the checkout. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses caused by delivery delays.

All prices quoted on our website include VAT at the UK rate of 20.0%.
Returns (Home Delivery Only)
PCM Group conforms to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which are designed to protect you when buying items by mail order. In the unlikely event you need to return anything to us, please contact us in any of the following ways:

Please put as much detail as possible in the email in case it is possible to resolve the problem without returning the bike, and still to your satisfaction. If it is necessary to return the bike, we will email you a returns number. We ask that you include a copy of this email with the returned bike. Please do not return any item without first contacting us.
Unwanted goods (Home Delivery Only)
We will refund all unwanted and incorrectly ordered items, if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, and provided that they are returned to us in a perfect saleable condition. The return postage costs in these instances are the responsibility of the purchaser. Should you wish us to arrange for our courier to collect the goods, our standard charge for this is £20. After the initial 30 days, if any goods are returned which you feel are faulty and not repairable, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, these must be returned to us for inspection, together with your purchase receipt. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture (not accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, something that can be adjusted, or a part that can be changed), we will usually either repair or replace it free of charge. In some cases, we may offer a full refund. Your standard postage costs will usually be reimbursed, but we will not reimburse any additional postage costs you paid for services such as priority delivery.
Faulty parts
If any parts on the bike are faulty or develop a fault during the guarantee period, we will send out replacements free of charge, so long as they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Customers have 30-day return window if purchases are damaged or faulty. Any labour/fitting charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If any goods are returned claiming to be faulty which we regard as not being covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will contact you to inform you of this. In this event, you will be liable for all postage costs. We will despatch all warranty claims within two working days by First Class Recorded delivery or courier and this will need to be signed for. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When your goods are delivered
When you receive your bike or bikes, it is important that you inspect them before signing for the delivery. If you are suspicious that the goods are damaged, or the box containing the goods looks badly damaged, then you should refuse delivery. In this event, do not sign for the goods and please contact us immediately (within three working days maximum) so that we can resolve the situation with our courier. Another bike will be sent out to you as soon as possible. If you sign for the goods and subsequently find that the goods are damaged it makes it harder for us to deal with your complaint. It is important that all original packaging is kept until you are satisfied with the bike or bikes and are sure that they will not need to be returned. Couriers will not accept a bike if it is not in its original packaging. Replacement goods will only be sent where the fault is deemed to have occurred within a reasonable time period.
Postage Costs
All postage costs relating to the returning of goods will be the responsibility of the buyer (except when the goods are either faulty or incorrect and notification is given to return the goods within seven days of receiving them). We only offer a collection service for warranty claims within 28 days of the delivery date. Bikes will only be collected if they are enclosed in their original box.
Parts Missing
If a part is missing, damaged or broken, there is usually no need to return the whole bike. Contact us and we will send any item(s) to you free of charge the next working day (whenever possible).
Assembly of your Bicycle
All bicycles are supplied in the manufacturer’s original carton and will require assembly. This assembly, whilst minimal, should be done by a trained cycle mechanic and is likely to incur a cost to the purchaser. If you have any queries regarding assembly, please contact us using our Help link.
All products are guaranteed for 12 months, but many of our bicycle frames have a lifetime guarantee. Full warranty details can be found here. In any instance, your statutory rights will be unaffected.
Gift/Exchange/Credit Vouchers
Vouchers Terms & Conditions
  1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of physical and digital Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift cards.
  2. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the Cycle King & Hawk Cycles UK website ( as well as gift cards purchased at a stand-alone physical Cycle King & Hawk Cycles store.
  3. Cycle King & Hawk Cycles reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift cards remain the property of Cycle King & Hawk Cycles who maintain the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or because of circumstances beyond its control).
  4. The value of your Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card can be redeemed in any Cycle King & Hawk Cycles Stores.
  5. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
  6. The maximum amount that an individual Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card can hold is £1500.00; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers. For gift cards purchased online, Cycle King & Hawk Cycles will provide you with specific denominations to choose from; in-store, you can select any amount to load on to your gift card.


  1. Your Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation (which for in-store shall be the date of the gift-card purchase, and for online, the date of dispatch of your order) following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
  2. A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.
  3. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an in-store purchase or online order.
  4. Only one gift card may be used per online order. In-store that may be used in one transaction.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

  1. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of your gift card following delivery. In cases where your Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card is lost or stolen, Cycle King & Hawk Cycles is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Cycle King & Hawk Cycles cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
  2. Should your Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card become damaged, Cycle King & Hawk Cycles will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

Crediting a Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card

  1. Please retain an expired gift card should you wish to return your purchase. Any goods paid for using a gift card that are subsequently returned for a refund will be credited to the original gift card or if you have discarded or misplaced your original card, issued on a new Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card. For returns where part payment was taken from a gift card, the refund will be credited to your gift card in the first instance.
  2. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card in the first instance.
  3. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Cycle King & Hawk Cycles gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used by you (i.e. debit/credit card or cash).

  1. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our privacy policy which can be found at.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

  1. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Loyalty Card Programme
These terms and conditions (including our Privacy Policy) set out the terms of contract between PCM Group (“us” or “we”) and you the customer relating to the Loyalty Card programme. You can join the Loyalty Programme by applying for a PCM Group Loyalty Card in participating stores. If you apply to register with us, you accept these terms and conditions. We may refuse an application to join the Loyalty Programme for any reason at our sole discretion including (but not limited to) risk of reputational damage to us, any reasonable suspicion of previous criminal activity including shoplifting or any previous history of verbal or physical abuse to PCM Group staff.
From January 2024 Customer Reward points are no longer available and will not be earned on purchases. Existing Customer Reward points can be redeemed whilst valid. All Customer Reward points have an expiry date of 24 months from the date on which the points were earned and must be redeemed within this time or forfeited.
  • 1) To register for the Loyalty Programme, you will need to ask a member of staff at any of our stores. A Loyalty Account will be created in your name to allow you access to preferential loyalty offers and prices. You must be 16 years of age or over and resident in the UK to join the Loyalty Programme.
  • 2) Your Loyalty Card is issued to you but remains the property of PCM Group. You must return your Loyalty Card to us on request or destroy it if we so reasonably request. You are responsible for the security of your Loyalty Card, security details relating to your Loyalty Account and for the transactions and/or redemption of points made using your Loyalty Card. If you lose your Loyalty Card or think an unauthorised person has become aware of your Loyalty Card number you should promptly inform a member of staff at any of our stores, or email us via
  • 3) Your Loyalty Card can be used to purchase loyalty items at participating stores.
  • 5) Your Card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
  • 6) The Loyalty Programme is only for consumer use. The Loyalty Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.
  • 7) If you materially breach these terms, and where such breach can be remedied, if you do not remedy the breach within 30 days of a written notice of the breach from PCM Group we will reasonably believe that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Loyalty Programme, your Loyalty Card may be terminated, any points earned but not redeemed may be cancelled and your Loyalty account closed without prior notice. PCM Group reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a Loyalty Cardholder is found to have abused the Loyalty Programme.
  • 8) In addition to the above, PCM Group reserves the right to (i) stop issuing Loyalty Cards at any time if we decide to terminate the Loyalty Programme; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty Card and/or the Loyalty Programme by publishing notices on our website; and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Card and/or the points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) and/or Loyalty Account on reasonable notice to you by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website.
  • 9) Our Privacy Policy relating to this Loyalty Programme sets out the information that we will collect about you, how we use the information and whom it may be shared with including, but not limited to, details of the promotional information that we hope to provide.

How to Collect Loyalty Card Points
  • 1) This scheme is now closed so no more points can be collected.
How to Redeem Old Loyalty Card Points
  • 1) Old PCM Group loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date on which the points were earned.
  • 2) Where old PCM Group loyalty points are being used as payment for goods, the PCM Group Loyalty Card must be presented at the point of sale.
  • 3) Where old PCM Group loyalty points are being used as full payment for goods of a lesser value, no change will be given.
  • 4) Where goods are returned that were purchased in full or part using old PCM Group loyalty points, refunds will be given for the part of the sale made with PCM Group loyalty points as the value of points refunded back on to the Loyalty Card.
  • 5) Old PCM Group loyalty points can be redeemed online and in-store.
  • 6) Old PCM Group loyalty points are and shall remain the property of the promoters, have no cash redemption value, are not for resale or publication and are valid in mainland UK only.
  • 7) Copied, damaged, or defaced Loyalty Cards may not be accepted.
  • 8) PCM Group reserves the right to withdraw the Loyalty Programme at any time.

10% discount in store on all bikes, accessories and repairs - only applies to full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Price Guarantee

If we confirm the competitor's price is lower than our own we will match their price or refund the difference to you. Please note that your price match refund will be credited to your account as account credit. The price match refund account credit will be valid against any purchases for a period of 1 month.

  • 1) Price match only applies against a single product purchase. Bundles or multi-product transactions are not included.
  • 2) Price match only applies to products purchased online. In-store purchases do not qualify.
  • 3) Price of the comparison match product must be publicly available and only the price when Cycle King validates the claim will be honoured.
  • 4) The competitor’s product must be identical to the one sold by including brand, model, size etc.
  • 5) The competitor must be based in the UK.
  • 6) The item matched must be available for sale, in stock, and for immediate delivery or collection.
  • 7) We do not price match resellers or auction sites such as, factory outlets, home shopping networks, and liquidation sales are also excluded from the price match promise.
  • 8) The price match promise only applies to brand new products. Used or reconditioned products are not included.
  • 9) Any website pricing errors on the competitor's website are excluded from the price match promise as well as typographical errors, affiliate offers, voucher codes, gift vouchers, and any other media discounts.
  • 10) Cycle King's decision will be final on any claims made under our price match promise.
  • 11) We reserve the right to withdraw our price promise at any time.
