Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

The alloy tandem frame is lightweight, strong, and durable, and the Shimano Alivio 27-speed gearset gives you top speed and power while you ride, whether climbing hills or meandering along country roads. The Avid BB-5 mechanical disc brakes give you smooth and precise stopping no matter the weather, and the 26" Alex DH19 alloy wheels are strong and nimble, with Kenda touring tyres ready to soak up the miles.

Add in a WTB Rocket V Comp saddle in the front, a WTB Comfort V saddle in the rear, full chromoplastic mudguards, and an alloy rear pannier rack, and the Dawes Double Edge is perfect for weekend journeys and epic adventures.

Featuring a rear alloy pannier rack, provides the Double Edge Tandem bike with storage capabilities ideal for carrying essentials whist out touring or enjoying those long-distance weekend rides.

The Dawes Double Edge conforms to the British Standard EN14764, the standard for city and trekking bicycles. These bicycles are intended for use on public roads, paths and cycle tracks that are in good condition. Paths and cycle tracks can be gravel or dirt roads with minor undulations and small potholes. Permissible total weight of rider, luggage and bicycle equals 145kg.
