If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

A best of both worlds design that means you ride out the bumps, without excess weight slowing you down. And with no more sitting in morning traffic, you’ll be at your desk for nine.

The Crater is built around Insync’s durable steel hybrid frame, a capable hybrid bike well suited for road and light off-road conditions. The bike has a full Sunrun transmission, comprising of easy to use, Revoshift gear shifters, bullet proof Sunrun front and rear derailleurs, smooth running Sunrun 6 speed freewheel and a lightweight triple chainset.


This 18 speed set up offers a wide range of gear ratios to help get you up the steepest inclines or eat up the miles on the black stuff, whilst the responsive disc brakes stop you on a pin in all conditions. The Crater is fitted with strong, single wall, lightweight alloy wheels, complete with low rise handlebars for an easy and comfortable to ride.

Professional Opinion
Hybrid bikes are a very versatile form of cycling. They can be ridden on both smooth city surfaces and low to moderately rough terrains such as gravel paths.

Built with comfort in mind, hybrid bikes are usually equipped with comfortable padded seats and an upright handlebar making for a more relaxed riding position than say a road or mountain bike. Not only is the riding position more beneficial in comfort, but also gives the rider a better visibility and control whilst riding.

Many hybrid bikes will be equipped with frame mounts either to the rear of the bike or on the front fork giving you the option to add carrier racks so you can take luggage on your ride.

The wider tyres on a hybrid bike will usually range from 35 - 45c giving you more control on the road, perfect for city riding and commuter cyclists alike!
