🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

The frame is constructed from hydroformed 6061-T6 aluminium, offering a strong and durable platform that’s capable of handling aggressive riding while maintaining a responsive feel on the trail. Internal cable routing gives the bike a clean finish and helps protect cables from dirt and debris, while generous tyre clearance allows for wider tyres to improve grip and comfort on loose or uneven surfaces. As a hardtail, the Saguaro 3 provides direct trail feedback and efficient power transfer, making it engaging and rewarding to ride.

Suspension duties are handled by a RockShox TK35 Silver fork with 140mm of travel, designed to smooth out trail chatter and absorb impacts from roots, rocks and drops.
