Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

The foundation of the bike is a strong and durable hydroformed 6061-T6 aluminium frame, engineered to withstand aggressive riding while maintaining a lively and direct trail feel. Internal cable routing keeps everything protected and visually clean, while the frame’s generous tyre clearance allows for wider tyres to improve grip, comfort and control on loose or uneven terrain. As a hardtail, the Saguaro 2 delivers excellent power transfer and trail feedback, making it a rewarding option for riders who value precision and engagement on the trail.

Up front, the Marzocchi Bomber Z2 suspension fork provides 140 mm of controlled travel, smoothing out trail chatter, roots and impacts while maintaining accuracy through corners.
