🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Return Conditions

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

This Raleigh Motus has been thoroughly inspected and is graded as being in excellent condition! Although it has been ridden previously, the bike remains in great shape overall. To meet our high standards for quality, the bike has undergone a comprehensive inspection by one of our expert mechanics and comes with a 3 month warranty for added peace of mind. Please note that while the bike is in excellent condition, it is missing both mudguards. However, this does not affect its performance or safety, and it is still a fantastic option for any rider.

The Raleigh Motus Tour features a sleek aluminum frame paired with the RST Volant Fork, providing solid support for tackling inclines. Combined with the motor, it delivers a smooth, seamless ride. The built-in software ensures consistent power delivery, making for a gentle, controlled start every time.

The Bosch motor, paired with a 7-speed Shimano Revoshift, offers smooth shifting across a wide range of gears. Depending on your chosen assistance level, the upgraded 500Wh battery can provide up to 80 miles of range on a single charge and is easily removable for indoor charging.
