Cycle King Store Terms & Conditions

All cycles are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Many bicycles also include a lifetime frame warranty.

All cycles must be registered within 60 days of purchase and returned to the store for their 6–8 week service. Missing this may prevent us from adjusting the bike after it has settled, and may result in non-warranty damage.

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

All prices shown include VAT at the UK rate of 20%.

If a competitor offers a lower price, we’ll match it or refund the difference as account credit (valid for one month).

Price Match Terms

• Single product only — no bundles or multi-item deals.
• Online purchases only.
• Competitor price must be publicly available and active.
• Product must match exactly (brand, model, spec, size).
• Competitor must be UK-based.
• Item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery or collection.
• No auction sites, resellers, outlets, liquidation sales, eBay or Amazon.
• New items only — no used or reconditioned.
• Promo codes, voucher discounts, errors or typos excluded.
• Cycle King’s decision is final.

10% in-store discount for Blue Light Card holders on bikes, accessories, and repairs.

• Valid in-store only.
• Applies to full-price items.
• Cannot be used with other offers or discounts.

Student Special Packs

Eligibility

Available exclusively to students who can provide valid proof of student status.

Accepted ID

• Student ID (Campus Card)
• Student Beans / UniDays
• University acceptance letter

Discretionary acceptance: Other ID may be accepted at staff discretion.

Non-transferable: Only the student named on the ID may use the discount.

Verification required: Valid ID must be shown at checkout.

Student Buy Back Scheme

Eligibility

• Only for students who purchased their bike from Cycle King.
• Valid student identification required.

Buy Back Offer

We may buy back your bike for up to 40% of the original purchase price, depending on condition.

Final value is at store team discretion.

Condition Requirements

• Bikes must be in reasonable, functional condition.
• We may refuse bikes that do not meet resale standards.

Documentation

Proof of original purchase and valid student ID must be presented. Missing documentation may result in refusal.
