If you purchased your item in one of our stores, we’re happy to help if something isn’t right.
Returning an Item to Store
You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:
- The item in unused, original condition
- Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)
Timeframe
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Complete with all parts and accessories
We cannot accept:
- Used items
- Worn/installed parts
- Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:
- Card refunds must go back to the same card used
- Finance purchases follow V12 terms
- Gift voucher purchases are refunded as gift vouchers
Faulty or Damaged Items
Bring the item back with proof of purchase and our team will assess the fault.
Depending on the issue and age of the product, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
Where suitable, we can offer an exchange or store credit under the return conditions above.
