If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes can only be exchanged if unused.
