We will check it is in reasonable condition. Flat tyres and light rust are fine, but no cracked frames.

Your old bike will be recycled responsibly. No need to let it rust away or end up in landfill.
Terms & Conditions
What does ‘reasonable condition’ mean?
All bikes must be complete and free from cracks in the frame. You must be the legal owner of the bike. Flat tyres, missing or worn cables, and light rust are acceptable. Final acceptance is at the Store Manager’s discretion.
Can I trade in more than one bike?
Yes, but only one 10% discount can be redeemed per new bike purchased. This offer runs for a limited time only, please check in store for dates.
If I trade in a kids’ bike, can I get 10% off an adult bike?
Yes. The discount applies to any new bike purchased during the offer period, regardless of the type of bike traded in. The discount must be used on the same day the trade-in is made.
Can I use this discount with other offers?
No. The trade-in offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or other discounts.
Can I use this online?
Yes, when you use Click & Collect. Reserve and pay for your new bike online, then bring your old one to the store on collection day. The 10% will be refunded in-store.
Can I get my old bike back if I change my mind?
No. Once a bike has been accepted for trade-in, it cannot be returned.
