• Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

• Used items
• Worn/installed parts
• Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds

• Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
• Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please follow the returns steps above and place a new order for the replacement.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

• The item in unused, original condition
• Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
• After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

• Card refunds must go back to the same card used
• Finance purchases follow V12 terms

Depending on the issue and age of the product, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
