With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

You'll save money on petrol - In fact, the majority of journeys (71% in England) made are under five miles. But cycling only accounts for less than 2% of all journeys. Imagine the money we could save if we switched those short drives to pick up a few items at the shops or dropping the kids off at school to a bike.

Less car maintenance will be required

You'll still get exercise – e-cycling is not cheating! Many studies have shown that e-bikers get plenty of very beneficial aerobic exercise. The vast majority of e-bikes have power level settings on the handlebar controls that let you dial down the power if you want more exercise or turn it up if in need of more assistance.
