With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Return Conditions

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

The Salcano NG Team 2×9 is a modern hardtail mountain bike built for riders who want clean looks, simple gearing, and dependable trail performance. With a lightweight aluminium frame, wide tyres, and Shimano’s latest CUES 2×9 drivetrain, it’s ideal for trail riding, fitness, and confident off-road adventures.

The Zoom suspension fork with lockout smooths out rough trails and uneven ground, while allowing you to lock it out on climbs or smooth surfaces for improved efficiency. Big wheels and a stable geometry give you confidence and control wherever you ride.

The Shimano CUES 12×9 drivetrain keeps things simple and reliable, using a single 32T chainring and a wide-range 11–36T cassette. This setup reduces maintenance, eliminates front shifting, and delivers smooth, consistent performance on climbs and descents.

Grippy Kenda 29×2.20 tyres provide excellent traction and fast rolling performance, while Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes deliver strong, controlled stopping power in all conditions. Finished with a comfortable gel saddle and wide MTB cockpit, the NG Team is ready for serious riding straight out of the box.
