You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging
• Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept returns of:

• Used items
• Worn/installed parts
• Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Email us with clear photos/videos and we will resolve this quickly.

Any bike being returned must be securely packaged in a suitable bike box for transport. The responsibility for ensuring the bike is packaged correctly to prevent any further damage in transit rests with you. This is in line with your duty to make the goods available for return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you do not have a suitable bike box, we can supply one at the appropriate cost or arrange for one to be sent to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes — return the item as normal and place a new order for the replacement.

You can return unused spares and accessories to any Cycle King branch.

Please bring:

• Unused item in its original condition
• Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt or bank statement)

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes are not eligible for refund and may only be considered for exchange within 14 days if unused, strictly at the discretion of the company.

• Refunds and exchanges available within 14 days of purchase on spares and accessories.
• After 14 days, a store credit voucher may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Items must be:

• Card refunds must be issued to the same card used
• Finance purchases follow V12 Finance terms
