🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Items must be:

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Professional Opinion
Aside from being excellent modes of transport themselves, folding bikes are veryeasy to transport. A folding bike can be taken with you virtually wherever you go; they fit comfortably on buses and trains and can fit neatly into even the smallest of car boots. It makes cycling a viable option every day!

In addition, a folding bike can be perfect for taking away with you on your holiday. Due to the size and compactness of a folding bike, they make for easy storing in a caravan or motorhome. Perfect for UK holidays!
