🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept:

  • Used items
  • Worn/installed parts
  • Personalised or special-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an Item to Store

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

Timeframe

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Return Conditions

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method:

Bikes: Once ordered, built and collected, bikes can only be exchanged if unused.

Product Description (Unique Rewrite)
The Maxxis Minion DHR II in its trail configuration brings the same proven tread design as the downhill version, but with a lighter single-ply casing. Using enlarged side knobs inspired by the iconic Minion DHF, this tyre delivers outstanding cornering stability and confident handling on aggressive terrain. The centre tread combines ramped blocks for quicker acceleration with siped edges that create a predictable, controlled feel when leaning the bike over. Under braking, the paddle-shaped centre knobs bite into the ground to maximise stopping power and keep the bike planted. Pair it with a Minion DHF on the front wheel for a hard-hitting trail setup that excels on steep and technical riding.

EXO Protection
Selected Maxxis tyres use EXO sidewall protection – a tough, abrasion-resistant fabric that guards against cuts without adding unnecessary weight. This flexible layer keeps the tyre performing naturally while giving extra confidence on rocky, unpredictable tracks where sidewall damage is common.

3C MaxxTerra Compound
3C MaxxTerra is Maxxis’ intermediate rubber compound blend. It offers more grip than 3C MaxxSpeed while maintaining better durability and lower rolling resistance than the softer 3C MaxxGrip. Ideal for riders who want strong traction without excessive tyre wear.

TR – Tubeless Ready
Designed for modern tubeless systems, this tyre uses a sealant-friendly rubber compound along with Maxxis’ durable dual-ply 60 TPI downhill-style construction and butyl sidewall insert for added support and protection.
