Cycle King – Online Returns Policy

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

1. Tell Us First

Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Please include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Send the Item Back

After emailing us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to:

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused and in original packaging

• Complete with all parts and accessories

We cannot accept used items, worn/installed products, or personalised/special orders (unless faulty).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receipt.
Postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with photos/videos and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Please follow the returns steps above and place a new order for the replacement item.
