Reserve your bike

Pay a £10 deposit in-store, or choose “Christmas Club Payment” when you check out online.

Pay by secure link

We’ll email or text a payment link. Pay £10 to start, then whatever you can, whenever it suits you — amounts do not have to match.

We store & assemble it

Your bike stays safe with us and is assembled free of charge, ready for the big day.

Collect or arrange delivery

Collect at a time that suits you up to Christmas Eve, or arrange eligible home delivery.

Pay at your pace

A secure link for every payment

Once the bike is reserved, we send a private payment link to your email or phone. You open it when it suits you — payday, a quieter week, or whenever you have a bit spare — and pay on a secure card page. We never ask for card details over the phone, and the amounts do not have to match.

  • Start with £10, or more The first link is usually your £10 deposit. If you’d rather knock more off the bike straight away, we can set that first amount higher.
  • Pay what you can, when you can There is no set instalment. Wait until payday and put more on, or send a smaller amount in between. Each link is tailored to you, so the figures never have to be the same.
  • Each payment sits on your order What you pay is held against the bike. Settle whatever is left before collection or delivery and it’s yours to wrap.

    Whichever route you choose, we take the deposit, send payment links in amounts that suit you, and confirm collection or delivery.

    Find your nearest store

    Joining in-store

    Visit your local Cycle King or Hawk Cycles store and find a bike you love. We’ll take your details and deposit, then send payment links for whatever you want to put on next — payday, a quieter week, or the rest in one go. We’ll call when it’s ready to collect.

    Joining online

    Order your chosen bike and select “Christmas Club Payment” at checkout. We’ll contact you, send payment links in amounts that suit you, and arrange delivery or collection.

    Service and delivery notes

    Santa delivery is available in selected areas only. Assembly is included free of charge. The free pre-service and first service apply to bikes purchased through the Christmas Savings Club. Payment amounts are agreed with you and do not have to be the same each time. The bike must be paid in full before collection or delivery.
