With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Designed around a lightweight 700C aluminium alloy frame, the Ammaco Mineral balances comfort, durability and practicality. The rigid steel fork features triple eyelets, making it ideal for bikepacking, commuting or fitting extra luggage for longer rides. Internal cable routing keeps everything tidy and protected.

The Shimano 1x8 drivetrain keeps things refreshingly simple. A single 36T chainring paired with an 11–34T wide-range freewheel offers plenty of gearing for mixed terrain without the complication of a front derailleur. Shifting is handled by a Shimano Acera rear mech, providing reliable performance whether you’re spinning along the road or grinding up a loose climb.

Comfort and control come from the flared drop handlebars, giving a stable hand position on rougher surfaces, while mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors deliver consistent stopping power in all conditions. The double-wall alloy wheels are paired with Kenda 700x40C skinwall tyres, offering a fast-rolling feel on the road with enough grip for gravel and trails.
