Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

The Raleigh Stowaway features a lightweight aluminium folding frame, making it easy to carry, fold and store without losing ride quality — ideal for urban commuting or travel. Its design delivers a balance of strength and portability, helping keep overall bike weight around 14.5 kg. The fork is made from steel, offering solid front-end stability and reliable steering response on city streets.

Stopping power comes from alloy V-brakes on both front and rear, paired with alloy brake levers. This tried-and-tested braking setup keeps things simple and effective for urban stops and starts.

The Stowaway is equipped with a Shimano Tourney 7-speed derailleur system, giving riders a practical range of gears for climbing and decending hills and maintaining pace through town. Shifts are handled via a Shimano Revo twist shifter, making gear changes intuitive and easy to manage while on the move.

Rolling on 20" wheels and paired with 20" x 1.75" tyres, this bike can supply solid control and traction when riding in wet conditions. These wheels are built to last ride after ride.
