If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Professional Opinion

Hybrid bikes are a very versatile form of cycling. They can be ridden on both smooth city surfaces and low to moderately rough terrains such as gravel paths.

Built with comfort in mind, hybrid bikes are usually equipped with comfortable padded seats and an upright handlebar making for a more relaxed riding position than say a road or mountain bike.
