With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

🛒 1. Online Returns Policy Online Orders

If you’d like to return an item purchased online, the process is quick and simple.

Tell Us First

  • Email sales@cycleking.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Send the Item Back

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
  • Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

You can return your purchase to any Cycle King branch. Please bring:

  • The item in unused, original condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or bank statement)

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, an exchange or store credit may be offered at the manager’s discretion

Tricycles are really easy to ride because of their three big sturdy wheels. This means they are accessible to a wider range of people, such as those who don’t feel comfortable on two wheels, the elderly, or those with learning disabilities. This means more people can experience the great outdoors more freely, as they have a piece of equipment that is easy to use and that will ensure their safety.

Easy to ride

The reason why tricycles are so great for disabled adults is their ease of use, in fact, two-thirds of disabled cyclists think riding a tricycle is much easier than walking. Having three wheels instead of two, tricycles provide extra balance and support for the user.

    Fantastic 3 wheeled fun! This has really given me the confidence to get out and ride again after an accident i had a year ago. Its very sturdy and the basket is great for putting my shopping in!
