If you have found a bike cheaper elsewhere and are serious about buying, we'd like the opportunity to match or better the competitor’s price.
Monitoring all our competitors 24 hours a day is impossible, so please let us know what you have found.

These are the criteria:
1. The identical model is IN STOCK with our competitor
2. The identical model is sold from a bike shop, and assembled (not boxed from a mailorder site) |

If however, you are happy to take the bike in a box, and assemble it yourself - as you will have to do when buying from a mailorder site (90% assembled as they often quote, does not mean that you have very little left to do! – the 10% is what bike shop mechanics do! – a lot more than you would imagine!)

Then the following criteria applies: |

1. Please DO NOT ask us to price match against auction type sites (ebay etc) as these items are not always new (returns etc.).
2. Provide us with your details, the details of the website where the item is listed (preferably the ACTUAL PAGE featuring the product) and the actual price of the goods.
3. Please remember to factor in any shipping/delivery costs when requesting a price match.

If we can, we will match or better the price, but either way, you will hear from us one way or the other.
In this instance, we will of course supply the bike in the same condition as the mailorder site – in it’s original packaging for home assembly. |
